d\u2019achats<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tablir une politique d\u2019achats consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les orientations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et les priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise pour solution possible pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de l\u2019entreprise en termes d\u2019achats, d\u2019approvisionnements et autres d\u00e9penses professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit donc de
